Dr. Alenka \u017du\u017eek Nemec je magistrirala iz ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva ter doktorirala iz elektrotehnike. Njeno prvo delovno mesto je bilo na raziskovalnem Institutu Jo\u017eef Stefan. Od leta 2004 dalje je bila zaposlena na Ministrstvu za javno upravo, sedaj pa dela na Ministrstvu za digitalno preobrazbo, na podro\u010dju e-identitet in storitev zaupanja ter usmerjanja razvoja e-uprave, predvsem z vidika zagotavljanja enotnega digitalnega trga v EU. Je odgovorna za koordinacijo razli\u010dnih aktivnosti in projektov na podro\u010dju e-uprave na nacionalni in EU ravni. Je nacionalna predstavnica v razli\u010dnih strokovnih skupinah pri Evropski komisiji, med drugim tudi v skupini za implementacijo EU Uredbe eIDAS.<\/span><\/p>\n \u017ee ve\u010d kot dve desetletji. V tem \u010dasu je sodeloval v ve\u010d nacionalnih in mednarodnih projektih s podro\u010dja varstva digitalnega gradiva. Jo\u017ee je sodeloval pri razvoju ve\u010d specifikacij in pripravi predpisov, nacionalnih in mednarodnih naborov zahtev za podro\u010dje varstva digitalnih zapisov, vklju\u010dno s tistimi, ki urejajo nudenje varnih storitev. V zadnjih dveh letih je aktivno sodeloval v postopkih priprave prenovljene evropske uredbe eIDAS in pri pripravi podlag za njeno implementacijo. Pri Informacijskemu poobla\u0161\u010dencu je kot dr\u017eavna nadzornica za varstvo osebnih podatkov zaposlena od leta 2019, kjer vodi nacionalne in \u010dezmejne in\u0161pekcijske postopke ter postopke o prekr\u0161kih, ukvarja pa se predvsem z vidiki varnosti osebnih podatkov v informacijskih sistemih subjektov javnega in zasebnega sektorja. Je \u010dlanica dveh delovnih skupin Evropskega odbora za varstvo podatkov, in sicer za tehnolo\u0161ke zadeve in izrekanje glob. Aktivno sodeluje pri pripravah vpeljave Akta o umetni inteligenci in je \u010dlanica podskupine EU Odbora za umetno inteligenco. Leta 1997 se je zaposlil na takratnem Centru vlade RS za informatiko, kjer je najprej skrbel za podporo storitev komunikacijskega omre\u017eja dr\u017eavnih organov, kasneje pa se je pri\u010del poklicno ukvarjati s storitvami infrastrukture javnih klju\u010dev. Bila je ena izmed prvih usposobljenih vodilnih ocenjevalk za certifikacijske organe. Dodatna znanja na tem podro\u010dju je pridobila s sodelovanjem s \u0161vedsko akreditacijsko slu\u017ebo SWEDAC, kjer je bila registrirana kot ocenjevalka za certifikacijske organe za sisteme vodenja. Na Slovenski akreditaciji (SA) je zaposlena kot vodja podro\u010dja akreditiranja certifikacijskih organov. Podro\u010dje obsega akreditacijo vseh vrst certifikacijskih organov in organov za preverjanje in validiranje. Kot vodja podro\u010dja je odgovorna za zasledovanje potreb po akreditaciji na trgu, za sledenje novostim, razvoju novih shem akreditiranja in prilagoditvam sistema akreditiranja spremembam ter za sodelovanje s pripravljavci zakonodaje. Je vodilna ocenjevalka za certifikacijske organe, laboratorije in organe za preverjanje in validiranje. Sodelovala je pri razvoju podro\u010dja akreditiranja za certificiranje po eIDAS uredbi in certifikacijske organe tudi ocenjevala. Sodeloval je pri \u0161tevilnih pionirskih projektih celovite digitalizacije poslovnih procesov in prispeval k tako tehnolo\u0161ki standardizaciji (IETF, W3c, ETCI, GZS) kot tudi standardizaciji organizacijskih ukrepov (Arhiv RS) za podporo digitalnemu poslovanju. Njegovi prispevki so na konkretnih podro\u010djih tehni\u010dnih standardov in podzakonskih aktov za e-poslovanje. V dru\u017ebi SETCCE je bil vklju\u010den tudi v \u0161tevilne projekte preobrazbe poslovnih procesov od samega za\u010detka in pomagal tudi najve\u010djim poslovnim sistemom uvesti najnaprednej\u0161a elektronska sredstva. \nDr. Aida Kami\u0161ali\u0107 Latifi\u0107 se je rodila leta 1980 v Zvorniku v Bosni in Hercegovini. Ob za\u010detku vojne v BiH je kot begunka pri\u0161la v Maribor. Leta 1994 se je vpisala v klasi\u010dno-humanisti\u010dni oddelek Prve gimnazije Maribor. Leta 2003 je zaklju\u010dila \u0161tudij na univerzitetnem \u0161tudijskem programu ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva in informatike na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, ra\u010dunalni\u0161tvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru. Na isti fakulteti je nadaljevala podiplomski \u0161tudij in poklicno pot asistentke za predmetno podro\u010dje informatika. Tekom doktorskega \u0161tudija je bila ve\u010d let gostujo\u010da raziskovalka na Univerzi Rovira in Virgili v Tarragoni v \u0160paniji. Doktorirala je leta 2014 s podro\u010dja ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva in informatike.
\nJe docentka za podro\u010dje informatike na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, ra\u010dunalni\u0161tvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru in \u010dlanica Laboratorija za podatkovne tehnologije ter skupine Blockchain Lab:UM.
\nIma skoraj dvajset let izku\u0161enj na podro\u010dju raziskovalnega, pedago\u0161kega in projektnega dela. Njena raziskovalna podro\u010dja vklju\u010dujejo podatkovne tehnologije, velepodatke, tehnologijo veri\u017eenja blokov in medicinsko informatiko. Je ena izmed za\u010detnikov iniciative EduCTX, ki je prejela eNagrado 2019 za najbolj\u0161i projekt s podro\u010dja ra\u010dunalni\u0161tva in informatike. Je soavtorica \u0161tevilnih znanstvenih \u010dlankov, objavljenih v priznanih revijah ter je solastnica izuma s podro\u010dja tehnologije veri\u017eenja blokov. Pred vstopom na podjetni\u0161ko pot je delal na podro\u010dju informatike in telekomunikacij v Ministrstvu za notranje zadeve, kjer je uspe\u0161no izvedel \u0161tevilne projekte na podro\u010dju informacijske varnosti (npr. oblikovanje in vodenje Centra za za\u0161\u010dito podatkov), razvoja re\u0161itev in storitev informacijskega sistema notranjih zadev (npr. vodenje projekta slovenska osebna izkaznica 1994 – 1998) ter zagotavljanja skladnosti delovanja informacijskega sistema MNZ oz. policije z zahtevami slovenskega in evropskega pravnega reda (npr. koordiniranje projekta evalvacije Slovenije za vklju\u010ditev v schengenski informacijski sistem).
Sodeloval je pri pripravljanju ter implementaciji \u0161tevilnih zakonov in drugih predpisov, ki urejajo varstvo osebnih in tajnih podatkov, informacijsko varnost, elektronsko poslovanje in upravljanje ter dolgoro\u010dno ohranjanje gradiv v digitalni obliki. V zadnjem obdobju se posve\u010da predvsem svetovanju ponudnikom elektronskih storitev javnega in zasebnega sektorja na podro\u010dju digitalne transformacije njihovega poslovanja, uvajanja re\u0161itev in storitev elektronske identifikacije ter storitev zaupanja, re\u0161itev dolgoro\u010dnega ohranjanja gradiv v digitalni obliki in vzpostavitve sistemov upravljanja informacijske varnosti.<\/p>\nmag.
