The main topics were: the innovations in the digital transformation of society through the eIDAS Regulation 2. 0 and other EU regulations, technical and operational specifications and reference standards for European digital identity wallets, the challenges of using the new electronic ID card in electronic identification and authentication procedures for access to online and other electronic services, including eHealth, cybersecurity and protection of personal data in the implementation and use of electronic identification and trust services, procedures for validating, monitoring and verifying the compliance of electronic identification and trust services, services and data processing with regard to the (non-)qualified status of their providers, pilot projects and best practices for the realization of new possibilities of electronic identification and trust services.\n<\/p><\/main>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 23 November 2023, the EIDES Association organized the 7th International Conference on e-Identification and eTrust Services for Electronic Transactions, ZEIDES 2023, at the Brdo Congress Centre.
