dr. Aida Kamišalić Latifić
State Secretary, MINISTRY OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Dr. Aida Kamišalić Latifić is responsible for the information society and the development of digital solutions at the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
She obtained her PhD in 2014 in the field of Computer Science and Informatics. She is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Maribor, and a member of Lab:UM, the Labratory for Data Technologies and Blockchain.
She has almost twenty years of experience in research, teaching and project work. Her research areas include data technologies, big data, blockchain technology and medical informatics. She is one of the founders of the EduCTX initiative, which won the eAward 2019 for the best project in the field of computer science and information technology. She is co-author of numerous scientific articles published in prestigious journals and is co-owner of an invention in the field of blockchain technology. In January 2020, she was awarded the title of Engineer of the Year 2019.
Matjaž Mravljak
Director, INSPECTORATE FOR INFORMATION SECURITY, GOVERNMENT OFFICE FOR INFORMATION SECURITY
Matjaž Mravljak is the Director of the Information Security Inspectorate at the Government Office for Information Security of the Republic of Slovenia. He has been professionally active in the fields of information technology, telecommunications and information security for 15 years. Matjaž Mravljak holds a master’s degree in law, is a certified auditor for information systems, internal auditor for business continuity management systems according to the ISO/IEC 22301:2019 standard, lead auditor for information security management systems according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard and a certified expert in the field of information security.
dr. Jože Škofljanec
Archives of the Republic of Slovenia
Dr. Jože Škofljanec is an archivist at the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia, where he has been working in the field of protection and archiving of digital records for more than two decades. During this time, he has participated in several national and international projects in the field of digital archiving of material. He has been involved in the development of several specifications and the drafting of regulations, national and international sets of requirements for the preservation of digital records, including those for the provision of secure services. In the last two years, he has been actively involved in the preparation of the revised European eIDAS Regulation and in laying the foundations for its implementation. He is a member of the working group developing a technical standard for trusted eStorage services at the Slovenian Institute for Standardization and the Slovenian representative in the technical committee CEN/TC 468, overseeing the standardization of functional and technical aspects of digital records storage within the EU.
dr. Alenka Žužek Nemec
Ministry of Digital Transformation
Dr. Alenka Žužek Nemec has a master’s degree in computer science and a doctorate in electrical engineering. Her first position was at the Jožef Stefan Research Institute. In 2004, she joined the Ministry of Public Administration and now works in the Ministry of Digital Transformation in the field of electronic identity and trust services and the development of e-government services, especially with regard to ensuring a digital single market in the EU. She is responsible for coordinating various activities and projects in the field of e-government at national and EU level. She is the national representative in various expert groups of the European Commission, including the group for the implementation of the EU eIDAS Regulation.
dr. Pika Šarf
Information Commisioner of the RS
Dr. Pika Šarf is a personal data protection advisor at the Information Commissioner’s Office, where she is mainly involved in international cooperation and supervision. She participates in several subgroups of the European Data Protection Board and was also the Board’s representative in the Artificial Intelligence Subgroup within the High Level Group established under the Digital Markets Act (DMA HLG). She is coordinating the European project PrivacyPRO, which is being implemented by the Information Commissioner in 2025 and 2026. She holds a PhD from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana in the field of personal data protection. Her research focused on various topics at the intersection of law and technology, with the greatest attention paid to the protection of personal data in the digital age.
Mag. Aleš Pelan
Ministry of Digital Transformation
Aleš Petan studied at the Faculty of Computer Science and Informatics in Ljubljana, where he graduated in 1996. In 1997, he joined the then Government Center for Informatics, where he was initially responsible for supporting the communication network services of government agencies and later professionally dealt with infrastructure services for public keys. Since 2015, he has been employed in the Directorate of Informatics in the area responsible for the operation of the SI-TRUST trust service provider at the Ministry of Public Administration.
Today, he is the Head of Trust Services at the Ministry of Digital Transformation. He has participated in several international projects within the European Union (e.g. STORK, SPOCS, eSENS, TOOP) and in the preparation of the EU regulation on electronic identification and trust services (eIDAS).
Mag. Andrej Tomšič
Information Commissioner of the RS
He is the state supervisor for personal data protection and deputy information commissioner, dealing primarily with the areas of personal data protection, data storage in electronic communications, biometrics and direct marketing. He has a Master’s degree in information management sciences. He has completed a course and examination to become a lead auditor for the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard.
Nataša Vesel Tratnik

Dr. Nataša Vesel Tratnik is employed by the Slovenian Accreditation Authority (SA) as Head of Accreditation of certification bodies and assessors. Her responsibilities include the accreditation of all types of certification bodies and bodies for verification and validation. During her work at the Office for Standardization and Metrology in the field of accreditation, she was involved in the first assessments of certification bodies in Slovenia. She was one of the first qualified lead assessors for certification bodies. She gained additional knowledge in this field through her cooperation with the Swedish accreditation service SWEDAC. As head of the division, she is responsible for monitoring accreditation needs in the market, following new developments, developing new accreditation systems and adapting the accreditation system to changes, as well as cooperating with the legislator. She is the lead assessor for certification bodies, laboratories and verification and validation bodies. She has led the development of the field of accreditation of certification bodies for the certification of personal data processing activities.

Barbara Korošec Gorišek

Je partnerka v Odvetniški pisarni Šafar in partnerji, v kateri je zaposlena kot odvetnica.
Na ljubljanski pravni fakulteti je z odliko (cum laude) diplomirala leta 2003. V istem letu se je kot štipendistka Vlade RS zaposlila na Ministrstvu za delo, družino in socialne zadeve; tam je opravljala delo svetovalke in višje svetovalke. Na začetku leta 2007 je opravila pravniški državni izpit in se kot odvetniška kandidatka zaposlila pri Odvetniku Borutu Rangusu in Odvetnici Vesni Šafar. Leta 2010 je postala odvetnica. Od leta 2011 je kot odvetnica zaposlena v Odvetniški pisarni Šafar in partnerji.
Svoje delo opravlja predvsem s področja delovnega prava, poleg tega pa tudi s področja civilnega, gospodarskega, korporacijskega, gradbenega, stvarnega, kazenskega prava, prava intelektualne lastnine, prava javnih naročil, družinskega prava, prava socialnega varstva, nepremičninskega prava in prava varstva osebnih podatkov.
Pri delu uporablja tudi angleški, hrvaški in nemški jezik.
dr. Davorka Šel
MINISTRSTVO ZA DIGITALNO PREOBRAZBO
Dr. Davorka Šel je strokovnjakinja za elektronsko identiteto, standardizacijo in storitve zaupanja. Leta 2003 doktorirala na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko Univerze v Ljubljani, smer elektrotehnika. Svojo poklicno pot je gradila na področjih vodenja sistemov, medijskih raziskav, biokibernetike, certifikacijskih organov ter elektronske identitete in digitalnih podpisov – od standardizacije in tehnične implementacije do pravnega vidika.
Njeno delo je tesno povezano z razvojem in uveljavljanjem evropskih ureditev, kot sta eIDAS in GDPR, ter z razumevanjem njihovega vpliva na varnost in zanesljivost digitalnih storitev.
Trenutno se aktivno ukvarja z razvojem rešitev na področjih govornih tehnologij, telemedicine in SaaS (Software as a Service).
Področja strokovnega delovanja: elektronska identiteta, standardizacija, certifikacijski organi, eIDAS, digitalni podpisi in pravni vidiki elektronskih transakcij.
Marjan Antončič

ZDRUŽENJE EIDES
Marjan Antončič je predsednik Slovenskega združenja za elektronsko identifikacijo in elektronske storitve zaupanja ter prokurist in svetovalec za področje elektronskega poslovanja in informacijske varnosti v podjetjih Ainigma d.o.o. in OSI d.o.o.
Pred vstopom na podjetniško pot je delal na področju informatike in telekomunikacij v Ministrstvu za notranje zadeve, kjer je uspešno izvedel številne projekte na področju informacijske varnosti (npr. oblikovanje in vodenje Centra za zaščito podatkov), razvoja rešitev in storitev informacijskega sistema notranjih zadev (npr. vodenje projekta slovenska osebna izkaznica 1994 – 1998) ter zagotavljanja skladnosti delovanja informacijskega sistema MNZ oz. policije z zahtevami slovenskega in evropskega pravnega reda (npr. koordiniranje projekta evalvacije Slovenije za vključitev v schengenski informacijski sistem).
Sodeloval je pri pripravljanju ter implementaciji številnih zakonov in drugih predpisov, ki urejajo varstvo osebnih in tajnih podatkov, informacijsko varnost, elektronsko poslovanje in upravljanje ter dolgoročno ohranjanje gradiv v digitalni obliki. V zadnjem obdobju se posveča predvsem svetovanju ponudnikom elektronskih storitev javnega in zasebnega sektorja na področju digitalne transformacije njihovega poslovanja, uvajanja rešitev in storitev elektronske identifikacije ter storitev zaupanja, rešitev dolgoročnega ohranjanja gradiv v digitalni obliki in vzpostavitve sistemov upravljanja informacijske varnosti.
mag. Aljoša Jerman Blažič
SETCCE d.o.o
mag. Aljoša Jerman Blažič se z digitalizacijo in e-poslovanjem ukvarja več kot 20 let. Sodeloval je pri številnih pionirskih projektih celovite digitalizacije poslovnih procesov in prispeval k tako tehnološki standardizaciji (IETF, W3c, ETCI, GZS) kot tudi standardizaciji organizacijskih ukrepov (Arhiv RS) za podporo digitalnemu poslovanju. Njegovi prispevki so na konkretnih področjih tehničnih standardov in podzakonskih aktov za e-poslovanje. V družbi SETCCE je bil vključen tudi v številne projekte preobrazbe poslovnih procesov od samega začetka in pomagal tudi največjim poslovnim sistemom uvesti najnaprednejša elektronska sredstva. Je član upravnega odbora Združenja za telekomunikacije in vključen v mednarodne delovne skupine iz področja informacijske varnosti in e-poslovanja ter (so)avtor številnih strokovnih ter poljubnih publikacij iz istega področja.
dr. Marko Kežmah
UNIVERZA V MARIBORU
Dr. Marko Kežmah vodi projekt Prehod v brezpapirno poslovanje za zeleno in digitalno povezano Univerzo v Mariboru, ki poteka v okviru pilotnih projektov Univerze v Mariboru za zelen in odporen prehod v Družbo 5.0.
Leta 2004 je diplomiral na univerzitetnem študijskem programu Fakultete za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru (FERI UM), kjer je leta 2009 tudi doktoriral s področja elektrotehnike.
Svojo poklicno pot je začel kot mladi raziskovalec na FERI UM, nato pa nadaljeval delo na Rektoratu Univerze v Mariboru. Že od začetka ga spremlja močno zanimanje za optimizacijo poslovnih procesov – najprej na področju habilitacijskih postopkov, kasneje pa kot avtor in sooblikovalec več ključnih digitalnih rešitev, uvedenih v času epidemije COVID-19. Trenutno se osredotoča na digitalno preobrazbo univerzitetnega poslovanja ter uvedbo celovitega dokumentnega sistema na ravni celotne univerze.
Z več kot petnajstletnimi izkušnjami na področju pisarniškega poslovanja in optimizacije procesov se pri svojem delu osredotoča predvsem na učinkovito uporabo razpoložljivih informacijskih rešitev Univerze v Mariboru, zlasti orodij okolja Microsoft 365. V zadnjih letih svoje strokovno področje širi tudi na področje dokumentnih sistemov in digitalne transformacije poslovnih procesov.
Samo Kumar

Samo Kumar je generalni direktor podjetja Bankart d.o.o., vodilnega ponudnika storitev procesiranja plačil in finančne infrastrukture v regiji. Samo prinaša bogate vodstvene izkušnje in uspešno kariero v tehnološkem in finančnem sektorju. Pred prihodom v Bankart je opravljal funkcijo generalnega direktorja IBM Slovenija, kjer je uspešno vodil podjetje skozi ključne preobrazbe, s poudarkom na inovacijah, digitalizaciji in razvoju poslovnih rešitev. Pod njegovim vodstvom je IBM Slovenija utrdil svoj tržni položaj in pomembno prispeval k tehnološkemu napredku v različnih industrijah.
Kumarjeva kariera zajema strateške vodstvene vloge v tehnološkem sektorju, z globokim razumevanjem digitalne preobrazbe, operativne odličnosti in korporativne strategije.
Za svoje dosežke je Kumar prejel prestižno nagrado Najboljši mladi manager leta 2024, kar potrjuje njegovo vodstveno odličnost in vpliv v industriji. Prav tako je tudi član guvernerjev Amcham Slovenije.
Rudi Ponikvar
Osi d.o.o.
Rudi Ponikvar je zaposlen kot arhitekt rešitev s področja informacijske tehnologije. Ima več kot 20 let delovnih izkušenj s področja varnosti elektronskega poslovanja, distribuiranih računalniških sistemov, računalniških komunikacij, upravljanja in nadzora računalniških omrežij ter sistemov. Zadnja leta deluje predvsem na področju uporabe infrastrukture javnih ključev ter elektronske identifikacije za zagotavljanje varnosti elektronskega poslovanja, kar obsega vzpostavitev same infrastrukture ter načrtovanje in izvedbo rešitev.
